Robot Installation on Windows
This guide will show you how to download, install, and activate the Heptora Robot on your Windows system.
Downloading the Robot
Section titled “Downloading the Robot”There are two ways to download the Heptora robot:
Option 1: Through the Welcome Tour
Section titled “Option 1: Through the Welcome Tour”- Go to the Heptora web app
- Sign in with your provided username and password
- Follow the platform’s welcome tour
- At the end of the tour, a pop-up window will appear
- Click the green “Download Robot” button
Option 2: From the Robots Section
Section titled “Option 2: From the Robots Section”- Go to the Heptora web app
- Sign in with your provided username and password
- Click on your user initials (top right corner)
- Select “Robots” from the menu
- Click the green “Download Robot” button
Installing the Robot
Section titled “Installing the Robot”Once the file is downloaded, follow these steps:

Open the downloaded
.exefile -
A Setup window will appear. Click “Next”

Click “Next” again

Click “Install” and wait a few seconds for the installation to complete

Click “Finish”
Activating the Robot
Section titled “Activating the Robot”After completing the installation, you need to activate the robot:

If you selected “Launch Heptora”, a login window will appear automatically

Enter your Heptora username and password

Once logged in, a window to activate the robot will appear

Select the robot you want to activate

Click the “Activate Robot” button
Verify the Robot is Active
Section titled “Verify the Robot is Active”To check that the robot is working correctly:
- Go to the Windows taskbar
- Click the “show hidden icons” button (upward arrow)
- Look for the Heptora icon
If the icon appears, the robot is active and working correctly.
